PROTECTING YOUR CAR AND KEEPING IT CLEANER FOR LONGER
PAINT PROTECTION
Your car's paint is constantly exposed to the elements like tar, acid rain, bird droppings, oils, dust and grimes. If these elements are left on the paint for a period of time, they can cause damage to the paint and sometimes the damage can not be fixed by simply performing a paint correction. For example, bird droppings are acidic, and they can etch into the clear coat of your paint and cause permanent damage that can only be fixed by repainting the panel.
WHAT IS CERAMIC COATING?

A Ceramic Coating is a Nano technology silicon dioxide (SiO2) or titanium dioxide (TiO2) based glass coating that chemically bonds to the surface of your car, creating a permanent or semi-permanent protective layer. It provides YEARS of protection, rather than months that traditional wax or sealant can provide.
WHY SHOULD YOU CONSIDER HAVING IT ON YOUR CAR?

1. It provides excellent chemical resistance from anything acidic or alkaline.
2. It is extremely hydrophobic. (please see the video below as a demonstration.)
3. It has "self cleaning properties", meaning it stays clean for longer and is extremely easy to clean.
4. Dust and grimes resistance, meaning they don't stick to the paint as easily.
5. It give a extra layer of gloss and "wetness" to the paint that lasts for years.
6. It reduces water spots.
7. It provides a slight resistance to fine swirls. (It is NOT scratch resistant, whoever claims ceramic coating is scratch resistant is incorrect.)

What is the process of applying a Ceramic Coating?
1. Washing
A thorough wash of the car removing any surface particles.
2. Paint Decomtamination
Rid of all stuck on surface contaminants that could not be washed off during the washing stage. Also removing any old waxes or sealant that are still left on the paint.
3. Paint Correction
Cut and Polish to remove any imperfections such as scratches, swirls marks, water spots, marring and holograms, producing a smooth and squeaky finish.
4. Coating Application
Applying the ceramic coating carefully and thoroughly.
READ THIS IF YOU ARE BUYING A NEW CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP!!!

Dealerships often offer customers a New Car Protection Package that includes a "ceramic coating". They are generally very expensive (It can be up to $2000 - $4000) and the quality of application can be a hit or miss. Sometimes a ceramic coating is not even applied to you car, but instead they apply a glorified sealant that only last a few weeks. They are essentially just selling you a warranty that is often impossible to make a claim on.

We have personally seen new cars, that were claimed to have the protection package applied by the dealer, but have a large amount of swirls marks and imperfections. And the so called coating is non existent.
